Peaches are on sale at our local grocery store, so I am making a yearly supply of peach jam. I don’t make jam the traditional way… I add much less sugar and use a nice trick to add natural pectin by using lemon seeds. Lastly, I don’t mess with boiling water and hot, wet jars. Instead of the annoying water bath, I prepare my jars in the oven. Can’t get any simpler than that.
