    1. Walking

    It may not be the sexiest of workouts, but walking will get the job done if you don’t have time for anything else. Work it into your daily routine; if you’re doing laundry, carry one small stack of folded clothes at a time up and down the stair to put it away.

    Working from home, and spend a lot of time on the phone? Walk the length of your house back and forth while you chat! What’s important is that you get up and move as much and as often as possible.

    2. Jogging In Place

    If you’ve got time to watch TV, you’ve got time to jog! Simply jog in place while you’re watching your favorite show.

    Just make sure you wear a good pair of trainers, just like you would any other time you’re running.

    3. Crunches

    Long known as one of the best exercises for toning the abdominal muscles, any time you’ve got a spare five minutes, you can lie down on the floor and do a few crunches!

    All it takes is lifting your upper body enough to feel the pull in your abdominals.

    4. Squats

    Squats are just about the best exercise there is for toning the thighs and gluteus muscles.

    If squatting all the way down and getting back up is too difficult for you, use a dining room or similar stationary chair and simply stand up and sit down 15-20 times. Quick and easy!

    5. Pushups

    If you’re out of shape, you may think you don’t have the upper body strength necessary to do pushups. But there are modifications you can do that will make them much easier for you.

    Many women do pushups with bent knees do make it a little easier. You can even do them against the wall – just stand about 2 feet away and lean forward. It’s a great way to tone the arms and chest – which incidentally, will make your breasts look firmer!
