Height of Summer Veggie Pizza

Use up those summer vegetables in this delicious Veggie Pizza.

You Will Need...

  • 1 1/2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 corn cob
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves
  • 1 lb. pizza dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 4 oz. goat cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/8 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • salt, to taste
Just a Tip!

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Step 2: Prepare vegetables for pizza: halve cherry tomatoes; remove corn kernels from cob and discard cob; halve and thinly slice zucchini; and julienne basil. Set aside.
