fudge recipe If you're looking for a delicious and easy fudge recipe, you are officially hooked up!  My darling friend Rachael from Southern Fairytale has created a quick tutorial for those of us who are getting dying to make fudge already.  {{evil laugh}}

Carnation Famous Fudge Recipe

  • 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2/3 C (5 oz can) Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 C (9 oz) Nestle’ Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
  • 1/2 C chopped walnuts or pecans (optional) *totally necessary food Delicious, Easy Fudge Crunch Factor!
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Line an 8 inch square baking pan with foil.
  2. Combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt in a medium heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate morsels, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute or until the marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan; refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Lift from pan, remove foil. Cut into pieces (about 24).
