I seen a picture of this cake and had to do it..so my friend and I decided to tackle it. It was pretty simple and she did most of the decorating because she is way better with the frosting tips. 
It was very simple for the cake shape we used a 16 in. round cake pan and then did two small round ones for the wheels. And you decorate and frost as you feel.
