Are you ready to organize a laundry room! Last week Mandy asked me on Facebook if I could find any ideas for concealing an ironing board. I thought that would make an amazing post. So here are 8 ideas to conceal an ironing board inside a laundry room or craft room. I hope they give you some fun inspiration.
Laundry Room
1. A pull-out ironing board saves valuable floor space – Pull it out when you need it, slide it back into the drawer when you’re done. This Kraftmaid version comes as an optional kit with the cabinetry. Rockler and Rev-a-Shelf offer a fold-away board that can be retrofitted into an existing drawer.
2. Drawer that folds out into an ironing board – Talk about your most efficient use of space in a laundry room. There’s a pair of stacked Samsung front loaders, a large counter space to fold clothes, plenty of cabinet space, and a valet rod for clothes hangers within immediate reach of the dryer.
3. Built-in ironing board in kitchen - Bungalow kitchens often had things like built-in ironing boards. This one is put in using IKEA’s ironing board fixture. Here it is folded up to put away. You just slide it into the drawer.
4. Table Mini Board - I just love this cutting table that’s 1/2 cutting mat and 1/2 ironing board. I’m not quite sure how she made it but it’s colorful and functional.

My current laundy room / utility room is a narrow corridor between the kitchen and back door, and no room for an ironing board at all
