The family schedule can get overwhelming! So here are 10 stylish family schedule and command centerideas to help you get organized! Because let’s face it, organization doesn’t have to be ugly.
As you may know, I just moved my family to Ohio and as we’re signing up for music lessons and tutoring… life is getting crazy. {again} Therefore, I’m in the market of re-doing our family schedule and here are a few of the things that inspired my command center!
Plan The Family Schedule
Be sure to include everything you need for your family schedule into your command center, including but not limited to:
- 2012 Printable Calendar
- Sports, school, lesson, and church calendars {practice pages}

- Grocery list and/ or Menu Planner

Command Center Ideas
1. Pottery Barn Command Center Knock-Off ~ She how this talented mama took her familie’s activities and goal and created her own inexpensive look that meets the needs of her family.

2. Bag & Chalkboard Child Organization ~ Each child has a tote bag with their clothes for the day, lunch money and special notes from Mom. The chalk board reminds them of their daily responsibilities.
3. Kitchen Family Schedule ~ This Kitchen Command Center features a Meal Planning Board, Dry Erase Note Board, Magnet Boards and Chore Charts … it has everything we need to plan out the week.
4. Children’s Homework Message Center ~ 16 x 20 Child Message Center PRINTS and framed to use as a dry erase boards writing directly on the glass with a dry or wet erase marker.

5. My Family Storage System ~ Use the area to corral artwork, homework assignments, forms, and magazines as soon as they enter the house. At each week’s end, go through the contents of each box; discard old material and file away things you want to keep.

8. Use Three Bookshelves as Family Organization ~ The great thing about bookshelves is the amount of storage and decor they can hold. They even turned one of them the other way and created a chalkboard! {brilliant}

They’re all so cute! It seems like you need more than one child for them to be that cute, though. LOL
These are fantastic. My house is so small and the downstairs is open space so there is really no convenient place to incorporate something like this. I must figure out a way.

I’d love to be this organized! It’s great that you’re training your kids to be this neat with their things, chores, etc. Reading your post, you’ve given me ideas on how to make my office and family life more organized.

I yearn for organization and read about it all the time, attempt it sporadically and then give up in dismay.
