3 Ways to Clean Using Vinegar {Tips for Money Saving}

clean vinegar

Here are three submitted tips I received on ways to clean using vinegar.  These are practical tips for saving money on cleaning supplies at home.  My man and I were wondering last Sunday how to clean an iron.  I should have known better and checked my e-mailed tips.  Enjoy.

1.  How to Clean your Iron – Shows how to clean your water reservoir on your iron using vinegar.

2.  Unclogging drains with natural ingredients – Such as common household items: vinegar, baking soda and water.

3.  Everyday uses for white distilled vinegar – Make nail polish last longer by wiping fingernails with a cotton ball that has been dipped in white distilled vinegar before painting nails.

If that’s not enough uses for Vinegar, here are several more resources you’ll love:

    I love how versatile vinegar is, and how it can clean so many different things. I especially like using it in my dishwasher as a rinse aid. It keeps hard water spots at bay, and costs a fraction of commercial products.

      Vinegar

      I enjoyed the article on vinegar. Was thinking I would use your idea of vinegar as a rinse aid. Do you put it in the little receptacle for that Jet Dry ‘stuff’? Thanks, AH

      I am so trying this, I never knew you could use it that way. No more spending 5 bucks on a 2 ounce bottle of jet dry

    it’s also good for getting yr stainless steel pans to sparkle again.
    after washing, pour a little in bottom of pan (just enough to cover bottom)
    let sit for a few minutes, pour out and wipe!

    Interesting. It comes in a close second with peroxide having so many uses, as well as WD40.

    Houses and cars are not very cheap and not everyone is able to buy it. Nevertheless, mortgage loans are invented to help people in such kind of cases.

    I think that to get the credit loans from creditors you should present a great motivation. Nevertheless, once I have got a collateral loan, because I was willing to buy a building.

    I love using vinegar to clean my coffee maker and tea kettle! For household cleaning, I prefer Basic H which is all natural/non-toxic, no smell and cheaper than vinegar!!

    Vinegar

    You can also use vinegar to get the crud out of your shower head. All you have to do is put 1/4 to 1/2 cup into a sandwich bag. Next put it over your shower head and pull the bag high enough so that the entire head is soaking. Secure it with a rubber band and let soak for 20 minutes. The next time you shower the stream will be like new. If yours is really bad you might have to do it twice and scrub with a tooth brush between.
