Blend Oats into a powder (I use a plain blender for this~ so easy!)
Combine the blended oats with the dry ingredients
Add 6 tbsp. of coconut oil in the LIQUID form. A tiny bit of warmth to the coconut oil will turn it into a liquid. (Don't add dollops of solid coconut oil!).
Combine all the beautifully simple ingredients into a pretty jar. Makes a beautifully yummy body scrub gift for you or a friend!
