I must yet get Christmas gifts! Yesterday I’ve quickly made a pair of slippers to my dear friend, which – Lucky girl!!! – frequently travels with her boyfriend. These were very quick to make and very pretty! I mean … I hope so!

NEED: - 50 gr. yarn to work with needles and crochet 3 or 3.5, 50 gr = 135mt - A few grams of the same yarn in matching color to the flower and finishing. - Crochet 3.5 - A square of 40 x 40 cm rubber mat (the kind used on kitchen sink!) Color-coordinated to the soles - Knitting needle - Cotton thread for sewing the soles
How to work rounds: 1st: magic ring, 5 s.c, tighten ring and close it with 1 sl st. 2: Double s.c., close with 1 sl st., Ch 2. 3: Double s.c. but working with d.c., close with 1 sl st., Ch 2. 4: DDC 1 d.c. every 2, until you have 30 d.c., close with 1 sl st., ch 2. 5-6-7: work 30 d.c., close with 1 sl st., Ch 2. 8: DDC 1 d.c. every 4, until you have 35 d.c., close with 1 sl st., ch 2. 9: work 26 d.c., ch 2 and turn work 10-21: work. 26 d.c., ch 2. and turn work 22: work 26 d.c. and close. Now you need to sew the heel (I do directly to the closure of the last d.c.) according to the diagram that I have drawn below ... ehm... freehand with Gimp in a few minutes ... terrible! :-)
Here simple daisy’s pattern: Rounds: 1st round: magic ring of 6 s.c., Tighten and work directly 2 s.c. on the 6 initial up to 12 s.c. round 2: * 14 ch, 1 sl st. in s.c. below * repeat * * until end of round. Close with sl st.
