Just a Tip!
Difficulty: For Beginners
Budget: Cheap
Estimated Time: Under 30 minutes

You Will Need...

  • Styrofoam
  • Wrapping paper
  • Tissue paper
  • Ribbon
  • Pipe cleaners
  • Red paint
  • Cake box cardboard
  • Hot glue

Instructions

Step 1: Glue the styrofoam to the cake box.

Step 2: Paint the wooden skewers red and place into styrofoam.

Step 3: Tape a piece of tissue paper to the back of the cake box. Or you can paint or spray paint the entire front.

Step 4: Fold tissue paper and hot glue to the cake plate.

Step 5: This is what it will look like after you hot clue one piece of tissue paper.

Hot glue wood skewers onto the back of the candy and place into styrofoam.

Gift wrap the base. I folded the top of the gift wrap down a little to create a nice edge. I also put the wrapping paper about half and inch higher than the styrofoam.

Add a ribbon bow to finish off the look.

Tape the gift card to the wooden skewers and you're all done.
