A great Halloween costume for the kids–especially if you have twins! This Thing 1 & Thing 2 costume literally cost me a little over $2 for the two shirts. (I had the pants on hand and made the wig for $2 each in another project tutorial.) This costume is super cute, super cheap, and easy…and when Halloween is over, you can re-use the shirts!
