You Will Need...
- Foam Board, Electric or Exacto Knife, Pencil, Craft Paint, Ribbon
Instructions
# 1
Trace and cut out shamrock from a 20x30 sheet of foam board.
# 2
Trace circles using a cup to create polkadots. Paint polkadots with desired green craft paint.
# 3
Poke a small hole in the top of the shamrock and thread ribbon or jute through to create a hanger.
