How To Make a Pom Pom Bib Necklace {anthropology}
Anthropologie inspired fabric necklace under $5. I was inspired to turn those Pom’s into an anthropologie inspired necklace.
You can also make this into a Pom Pom headband and Brittany used this similar process to create a Pom Pom brooch.
