Peacock costume I made for my daughter using leftover peacock feathers from my aunt’s farm. The feathers were glued onto cardboard. I decorated the cardboard using paints and glitter. I made a tutu skirt using green tulle and two shades of blue tulle.

Cut out of cardboard 2 identical shapes to glue the peacock feathers. Decorate the shape that will be visible with different paint colors...blues and purples. Add a little glitter for fun. Glue the feathers onto the cardboard and then sandwich them with the other piece of cardboard. Glue feathers so that make a nice arch shape.
Create a tutu skirt using 2 shades of blue tulle and one shade of green.
