Print Free File: Smitten Heart Cupcake Toppers
How To Make:
- Print on a single sheet of white cardstock or white paper (if using white paper you may want to mount them on cardstock, scrapbook paper or construction paper with glue before cutting to reinforce them).
- Cut out each circle.
- Tape a toothpick to the back of each circle.
- Poke the bottom of the toothpick into a decorated cupcake. Enjoy and share!
