Slurpee Halloween Costumes. These are made with some flex sprinkler pipe to hold the top and bottom shape and some clearance fabric, tulle and of course an old pool noodle for the straw. No crazy sewing involved. I cut the letters out of the same clearance fabric and used a iron on fabric bond to attach them. I did sew around the letters to make sure they did not come off. My only regret was not having enough in the budget to get more tulle. But I think it works nicely!
