DIY Scrappy Wreath
Just a Tip!

Estimated Time: 1-2 hours
You Will Need...
- Scrapbook paper cut in 1 1/2x9inch strips
- Cardboard circle 18 in diameter
- Stapler
- Ribbon
Instructions
Step 1: Loop each strip of paper in half and staple to the cardboard circle
Step 2: Work your way all around the circle, staggering the loops as you work
Step 3: Lift up the first layer of loops as you come the then end, staple the last rows underneath
