Just a Tip!

Estimated Time: Up to 4 hours

You Will Need...

  • A white turtle neck, white tights, 1 white twin sheet, tan tulle, cheese cloth, black tea, needle and thread.

Instructions

Dye the turtleneck, tights, sheet and cheesecloth using black tea. Rinse fabric thoroughly and let dry completely.

Tear/cut cheesecloth, tulle and sheet into 3" strips.

Make tutu, altering cheesecloth, sheet, and tulle in no particular order.

Hand stitch strips onto front of turtleneck (ONLY FRONT) in an alternating fashion...again, no particular order.

Add strips to neck and head (like a bandana)...rat the hair...and apply make-up.
