When my twin boys turned four, a Star Wars party was perfect.
I made the invitations using the original Star Wars Episode IV poster graphic and added the words “May the Fours Be With You”.I made a Death Star pinata out of a punch ball balloon (since it was a large sphere) and paper mache. I painted an old broom handle bright green and added a foam/duct tape handle to make a light saber pinata stick.I printed thank you notes on small printable cardstock with a picture of Yoda and the words “Very generous you are.” on the front. It was a great party.
I was interested in the fabric headband, but the link goes to the pinwheels. Do you think I could some how get the right link? If not, no worries. Thanks for all the great ideas!
Fun ideas – but does anyone else find it a bit strange that there’s a british flag on that hair clip? Bit odd of a choice for a 4th of July post!

I always wonder what is with the 4th of July, since I am not an American. But I was too eager so I asked and asked, then I found out it is a very special day to Americans. And here, it’s cool that you have made the celebration very creative. Great!
