Inspired by my family’s all-time favorite cookie recipe, I created a whimsical springtime version featuring the sweetest little speckled pastel chocolate eggs.
The cookie is made with a delicious cream-cheese & coconut dough and has just a hint of fresh squeezed orange. They’re chewy, coconutty and so, so good!
