Direct Url:

• Download cupcakes toppers (at bottom of post)
• Print them out. (I printed them at Costco as 4×6 prints)
• Punch out tags with a 2.5″ circle punch.
• Using a Cricut, cut out 3.5″ scallop circles.
  (I used Bazzill’s Kachina cardstock + Bazzill’s Pollen cardstock – couldn’t decide which one I liked better.)
