Step 1: Sand your fan blades
Step 2: Roll or paint on your base coat, let it dry and then start to tape out your design
Step 3: Once you have the design on one blade you can set the other blades next to it to tape them
Step 4: Paint 2 coats of your accent color and pull tape off before it drys
Step 5: Repeat steps for additional colors
