This $8 Ikea side table can be turned into a sassy, custom ottoman stool. It’s great for places where seating is limited. They are low profile enough to put in front of a fireplace, under a coffee table or entryway table. Your bum has never been happier!

Step 1: Cut the foam with a turkey carving knife. Make sure to ask a grown up first :)
Step 2: Place the fabric face down. Align the foam and table top. Start stapling the fabric into place.
Step 3: For added sass, hammer some nailhead trim onto the legs.
Step 4: Screw the legs into place.
Step 5: Put in place, and sit your bum down.
