DIY Twine Pears

was on Pinterest the other day and found a picture of some twine pears and was obsessing over them for days, so I decided to try and make my own. I went to the dollar store and bought a few packs of light bulbs and used some twine and faux tree branches that I had left over from some of my Fall projects, so the total cost to make these fabulous Twine Pears was only $2.00. As a side note, if you have any burnt out light bulbs at home this is a great way to upcycle them into something new; however I will say, the shape of the light bulb matters, some light bulbs are slightly larger and have a longer middle making it harder to give them a “pear-like” shape, so try to use light bulbs that are a little smaller (aka shorter). It will make this project MUCH easier!! Also, if you don’t have any faux branches, take a small tree branch from outside, that will work just as well!!

Alright, are you ready to get started?!
