This tutorial is on how to make the perfect cat eye eyeliner shape. It may look intimidating, but it can be made easy, as I have done here! Once you give it a try and perfect it a few times, you’ll be so happy you did!

Make a dot on the outside of your eye where you want the point of the cat eye to come out. Match the location on the other eye. Connect to the dot with a thin line winging out your liner. Thicken a little and perfect. Use q-tips if needed to clean up a bit and you're done!
