3. Do Not Constantly Check Your Cell Phone

Nothing is more irritating and rude than constantly checking the time or checking cell messages or email on your date. This would signify that whatever is going on in your cell phone is more important than your date.

Unless you have a child at home that is sick, (in which case you should put the date off and tend to your child), you should not be worried about any incoming calls or messages on your cell phone. Also, unless you are Cinderella or Cinderfella you should not be worried about the time.
