This is such a simple idea I got from my mother-in-law. Just add magnetic paper clips to secure the trash bag liner to the trash can to prevent the bag from dropping into the trash can.

Instructions
Step 1: 1. Open trash bag in trash can 2. Secure opposite ends of bag to the trash can with magnetic clips
