- 2 3/4 cups all purpose Flour
- 1 Tb Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Tb fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 Tb fresh Orange Juice
- Zest of 1 Lemon & 1 Orange
- 2 sticks Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
