DIY Sunshine Scarf

I tried my hand at a new stitch, puff stitch, and created this bright beauty! I laced the edge with yellow ribbon that had silver embellishment. Being my favorite color, this yellow scarf will be with me all winter!

You Will Need...

  • One skein of your favorite Yarn, about six yards of ribbon

Instructions

Step 1: Using about 85-90 rows, crochet a puff stitch scarf using a size J needle. I put 8 puffs per row, but you can make it smaller if desired. You can search YouTube for a tutorial on the puff stitch and find some great tutorials - that's how I learned it!


Step 2: Weave the ribbon one row from the edge all the way around the scarf. Tie and hide the knot in the scarf.
