Just a Tip!

You Will Need...
- fabric of your choice, zipper, thread
Instructions
# 1
Hem the op of the skirt. I made my pleats two inches apart, taking two inches in with each seem. The material needs to be twice your waist length.
# 2
Sew each pleat starting one inch down & sew for two inches.
# 3
Add Zipper and hem the bottom!
