Amish Peanut Butter

Not your ordinary peanut butter!!! This peanut butter has maple syrup and marshmallow fluff to make it exceptional! Perfect for dipping apples, pears, pretzels and anything else you can think of!

You Will Need...

  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 T corn syrup
  • 1 t maple syrup
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 16 oz. marshmallow

Instructions

In a large saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, water, corn syrup and maple syrup. Stir until mixture comes to a bowl. Remove from heat. Let cool. In a large bowl, combine peanut butter and marshmallow fluff. Add cooled sugar mixture and stir until all completely combined. Pour into air tight containers.
