1. Stand Up Paddle Boarding
This is a newer sport, also called “stand up paddle surfing”, and it’s a fantastic way to get a workout on the water – and you don’t have to wait for the perfect wave!
Boards for beginners are a bit longer and wider than regular surfboards, so it’s easier to balance on them. You’ll get a killer workout on your legs and core muscles, and even more so when you add in the paddling!
