I just made the broccoli cheddar soup recipe…except I’m vegetarian so I made the vegetable boullion stock and I stirred in a different cheese but it turned out really well! Soups are such a great thing to have this time of year. I’m looking forward to vegetarianizing (is that even a word;)) the others in the near future:)
