Thanks for hosting, I know there is a cost now – I really love and appreciate the parties! I just posted #183 a Victorian Chair that was given to me in horrible condition, and I turned into something fabulous.

I tried linking to a picasa web album of my needle felted teddy bear, but the linky is not working. I haven’t actually blogged about this little guy yet, because I didn’t want to spoil the surprise for the recipient.

I’m not sure if this is where I can ask for a little help, but here goes.

We’re a blended family with 6 kids. Over the last 14 years of our “blending” I’ve collected the corks from every champagne bottle we’ve opened and thrown them into a drawer we call “The Celebration Drawer”. At first the kids thought I was crazy but now that they’ve seen how many have piled up (and the fact that they’re older and on their own) they understand the blessings or celebrations involved with the collection.

My question is – does anyone have an idea of what I can make with all these corks? I thought wreaths for each kid (believe me, I have enough corks) but I can’t figure out how to make it look better than just a wreaath with corks glued to it.

    Help, please!
