Embroidery Hoop Flowers

This is an extremely easy and super budget friendly craft. A simple selection of embroidery hoops, coordinating fabrics and a little Mod Podge & Glue and you can create a full wall of pretty decor.

You can find embroidery hoops in a variety of sizes, colors and even material at your local craft store, super centers or even thrift/vintage stores.

No need to buy bulk fabric for this project, simple scraps will do!

And the best part is you can match the end craft to your own personal style by selecting fabrics & colors that match your current decor.

You Will Need...

  • Embroidery Hoops in varying sizes
  • Fabric in coordinating colors
  • Mod Podge
  • Elmer's Glue
  • Buttons

Instructions

Step 1: Start by securing the hoop over a piece of fabric. Pull tight, glue and tighten. Trim excess fabric off of the sides.


Step 2: Cut out petal shapes from fabric and brush both sides with Mod Podge. Allow to dry on a non stick surface.

Step 3: Once the petals are dry, glue to the fabric hoops using Elmer's glue.


Step 4: Add a center button for the middle of each flower.

Step 5: Allow the flowers to dry completely before hanging!
