Elementary School Holiday Party Game

A fun in school game that’s perfect for Elementary and Middle School aged kids to play during their school holiday parties. It’s musical chairs but the present goes round and round instead of the students.

Before the Party: Wrap a small toy in 20 different layers of wrapping paper. Making sure that each layer has a few candies or a small Pinata-type toy inside.
How To Play The Game:
Have all the kids sit down in a circle. You are going to play "musical chairs" but instead of switching chairs, you are handing off a present in a circle.
Every time the music stops ~ the person holding the present gets to unwrap only ONE layer of gift wrap. As they unwrap that layer candy or a small trinket falls out!
Once the layer is unwrapped, then start the music over and stop it for the next childs turn.
This way every child gets an opportunity to get some candy or small prize and the last person to unwrap the gift gets it.
