You Will Need...
- Plain wooden picture frame(with flat surface)
- Heavy duty craft glue
- Toothpick or wooden stick
- Glitter
- Glass pebbles
Instructions

Spread a thick layer of glue on a small section of the frame with the toothpick or a stick.

Stick the pebbles in the glue, working quickly so the glue doesn't dry.Sprinkle glitter between the pebbles.

Repeat the steps until you have covered the front of the frame with glitter and pebbles
# 4
When the frame is completely dry, tap of the extra glitter.
