Step 1: Removed about a fourth of the water.
Step 2: Add 1/2 a cup of the Vegetable Oil, one teaspoon of silver glitter, and one drop of blue food coloring. More than one drop of food coloring makes the water to dark.
Step 3: The last step is just put the cap on, and decorate. (You might want to hot glue the cap just to prevent glitter showers.)
