Removed about a fourth of the water.
Add 1/2 a cup of the Vegetable Oil, one teaspoon of silver glitter, and one drop of blue food coloring. More than one drop of food coloring makes the water to dark.
The last step is just put the cap on, and decorate. (You might want to hot glue the cap just to prevent glitter showers.)
