This is a great project for beginners. I made these cute head bands for some little girls and it took only about an hour for me to get 3 of these done.
Measure the length around the head of your little girl. If you are going to gift it you could assume sizes. My girls were between 3 and 5.
So i made 40 rows which came up to about 17 inches and fit their little heads perfectly.
This is a pretty accessory to wear with a sun dress.
You could also make one for yourself and call it a Mother daughter thing
